Your master list is seeded with registered voters for your district.
Residence street address and mailing address are included, as well as basic demographic attributes, such as Party, Age, and Sex. Add your own content, tags, and notes.
Contacts can be sent to Constant Contact. Manage your contact data in one place: PARTNERS.
PARTNERS: Contacts (Donors)
Record donations accurately and efficiently.
Donor records and transactions can be exported, ready to upload to Maine Ethics Commission, ensuring reporting compliance.
PARTNERS: Select
Interactively Select and Filter a focused List of voters from your master list, seeded with registered voters for your district and basic demographic information.
Select Lists, including Residence and Mailing addresses, can be downloaded or saved for later use.
Lists can be sent to Constant Contact, together with Tags.
PARTNERS: Post
Select Lists can be used for mailing. Post creates an address record for each voter or one personalized record per residence.
Delivery Point Validation (DPV) confirms that a postal address actually exists and can be delivered to – right down to the apartment or suite number. Don’t waste valuable resources sending mail to bad postal addresses.
PARTNERS: Call
Select Lists (or lists you import) can be used for for making Calls, using your own telephone line and equipment.
Large lists can be SPLIT, with portions allocated to many volunteers of a Call Team.
Responses and comments from each call can be entered into the system (simple buttons, data entry).
Dashboard provides metrics and visibility to Call Team progress.
